WELCOME TO THE JIFU RESERVED AREA!
On this page you will be explained the procedure for using your voucher and requesting the week and location you have chosen for your holiday.
A: Here are all the points:
1. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to first read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that you find in your web office in the “Vacation Voucher Program” section
2. Once you have entered the Jifu Voucher reserved area click on the “Destinations” button to view all the locations and types of holidays available. After deciding on the location and type of holiday and the desired dates, move on to the point
3. Go back to the home page and click “HOW TO BOOK”. Fill out the form with your VOUCHER CODE number and send the request.
4. You will receive a response, which can confirm the dates and location requested, or, in case of unavailability, propose alternative locations or dates.
5. Once the location, structure and chosen dates have been agreed, you will receive the booking option sheet, with all the necessary information on the chosen structure, and on the dates of your holiday, which is in fact the confirmation of the booking.
6. Upon receipt of the confirmation form, you must make a payment of €260.00 plus the “ALL RISK” registration and insurance fees (€20.00 per person for holidays of 5 to 7 nights, €10.00 per person for holidays 4 nights). Payment can be made by credit card, and must be made no later than 16 hours from receipt of confirmation, otherwise the option will lapse.
7. Holidays under these conditions can be booked in the following periods: January (from 7/01), February (except ski resorts), March, April, May, June (until 22/06), September (from 7/09 ), October, November, December (until 12/22).
8. It is possible to request, and book other periods if available, with “High season” supplements that vary depending on the chosen structure, with prices still discounted by 20 to 50% compared to the official list prices.
9. It is also possible to use your voucher for a cruise holiday, with a leading company in the world. In this case a 30% discount will be applied for cruises all over the world, even in high and very high season (see all cruises in Destinations/Cruises). Agency fee €20.00 for 7 nights.
10. “ALL RISK” insurance, RC (civil liability) and cancellation penalties. In this reserved area you will find all the information on insurance coverage and penalties in the event of holiday cancellation.
11. Due to the wide range of resorts and destinations available with this program, there may be additional charges to be paid directly to the resort, such as local taxes/duties, mandatory fees for full board or half board, mandatory taxes for the resort’s meal plan and/or mandatory on-site service charges or mandatory on-site charges. All these possible expenses are indicated on the booking confirmation sheet and charged by the individual resorts at the time of check-in and not by Jifu.
Transfers are the responsibility of the distributor.
