1) The locations of the JIFU VOUCHER can be viewed on the website with updates of the new structures in real time.
2) The holder of the following promotional JIFU VOUCHER must contact, both for information and reservations, only and exclusively at the following infoline: +393518025517 or by email at info@jifuvoucher.com, asking for availability and dedicated prices for the period and the chosen structure to the booking staff.
3) Once the period and structure have been agreed, Tour Operator will send the confirmation voucher via email or post. Upon receipt of the confirmation , the customer must make the transfers for the application opening and third party insurance fees and the additional fees, within the deadlines indicated in the voucher itself.
4) In case of cancellation by the customer after payment: the application opening and third party insurance fees will be retained but will be usable without any further charge for a new booking, the additional fees will be refunded entirely or partially, if made within the timescales indicated in the regulation written in the confirmation voucher. If the cancellation is communicated after the dates indicated, it will be subject to variable penalties depending on the timing of the cancellation compared to the established departure date (if it does not fall within the scope of Cancellation Insurance).
5) The voucher is valid for 4 adults. In some Resorts till 6 adults, from 4 to 7 nights depending the resort (with extra payment for the two bed rooms apartment).
