JIFU Vacation Voucher FAQ

  • We truly believe JIFU has the expertise we need to reward you and that you need to turn your critically important part of the recruiting cycle into a competitive advantage. This promotional vacation voucher can assist you in generating more leads, recruiting, and significantly increase the value of your JIFU membership. When you redeem your voucher, you can pay as little as 3/10th the cost of the rent of a 7-night stay as our gift to you and as a referral business testimonial booster. JIFU has a team of professionally trained travel consultants who are dedicated customer service agents. They handle all aspects of your vacation. The team has traveled extensively and has covered most areas of the world to deliver first-hand traveling experience. The team is multilingual and can service you in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic. If you need to call JIFU and you speak a language other than these six they offer, it is mandatory that you bring your own translator to the call. In that scenario, to help you with this, you must first contact our multilingual JIFU Member Services team who can:

  • Help answer general questions if it does not involve any changes, upgrades, or customizations to your reservation and/or b) schedule a specific day and time offering to be your translator on the phone when you call JIFU Vacation Voucher. If you do not have questions, contact Jufu members service to receive the link and voucher code to make your selection and book your reservation.

  • How to book? Go to the home page and click “How To Book”. Fill out the form with your Voucher Code number and send the request. You will receive a response, which can confirm the dates and location requested, or, in case of unavailability, propose alternative locations and dates. Once the location, structure and chosen dates have been agreed, you will receive the booking option sheet, with all the necessary information on the chosen structure, and on the dates of your holiday, which is in fact the confirmation of the booking.

  • How much are the taxes and fees, and what are they based on? Upon receipt of the confirmation form, you must make a payment of $260.00 plus the “All Risk” registration and insurance fees ($20.00 per person for holidays of 5 to 7 nights, $10.00 per person for holidays of 4 nights). Payment can be made by credit card and must be made no later than 8 hours from receipt of confirmation, otherwise the option will lapse.
  • Do I have to stay all 7 nights? You don’t have to stay all 7 nights. You can choose to check-in a few days late or check-out a few days early. Although the booking taxes and fees will not change, and you will still be paying for the full week, it is still a fantastic deal!

  • Do I have to book from weekend to weekend, or can I choose a mid-weekday to begin my vacation? All check-in days will vary by property, filling booking form, please specify the check in and out dates you need, and we will answer to you if these dates are possible.
  • Not all the resorts have handicapped-accessible accommodations. Specify in the booking form if in the resort required are at disposal apartments suitable for disability, and better specify what exactly you need (only doors enough wide for wheelchair, or apartment completely adapt for disable).

  • Are pets allowed? Depends on required resort. In resorts that allow pets there is an additional fee to pay for extra cleaning/sonification. In the booking form, specify you have a pet, and indicate also if is little, medium, or large size, to check on their pet policy before bringing any pets with you.

  • How far in advance do I have to make a reservation to ensure there is availability? Resort units may become available anywhere from 3 to 150 days days in advance of the scheduled check-in date. Some resorts are bookable 60 days before check in date. Because the JIFU Vacation Voucher system operates in a live environment, the availability is always subject to change. Holidays under these conditions can be booked in the following periods: January (from 7/01), February (except ski resorts), March, April, May, June (until 22/06), September (from 7/09), October, November, December (until 12/22). It is possible to request, and book other periods if available, with “High Season” supplements that vary depending on the chosen structure, with prices still discounted by 20% to 50% compared to the official list prices. i. How will I receive confirmation of my reservation? Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please review that email to ensure that all information is correct. Print your confirmation as this can assist you with the check-in process. If you have noticed incorrect information or received your confirmation via email, please contact sending a mail to: info@jifuvoucher.com or contact Infoline (+393518025517) from Monday to Friday (opening office time).
  • Will taxes or other fees be charged to my account at the resort? Additional fees for housekeeping, amenities (club cards for animation, mini club, sport courses and tournaments), reserved beach place with 2 sunbeds and umbrella, bed and bath linen. Deposit can be asked at time of check-in, in some resorts (which will be returned at the end of the stay, if no damages is found in the apartment. In Italian resorts, often there is to pay a tourist tax, that is a tax decided by the municipality of the place, and the amount is different, depending on the place you do holiday. Please refer to the current “resort news” or on your confirmation email where these will be clearly stated.

  • Can upgrades/changes be made to my reservation? Yes! In periods not included you can ask directly discounted holidays always filling “booking form”. If you are interested in exploring customized vacation options such as extending the length of stay, additional travelers, additional rooms, alternate destinations etc., you can send a mail to: info@jifuvoucher.com or contact Infoline (+393518025517) from Monday to Friday (opening office time), and request to work with one of their dedicated travel consultants. All upgrades will be booked through and supported by jIFUVOUCHER, not on the JIFU Travel Portal. l.
  • Is the voucher transferable? Yes! The voucher is transferable to a friend or family member who must be over 21 years old and has a Visa or Mastercard in their name,
  • If I am gifted more than 1 voucher, can I use 2 or more together for the same location for the same week? YES. Do I have to attend a timeshare presentation when I arrive at the resort? NO

  • What is All Risk insurance? “All Risk” insurance, RC (civil liability) and cancellation penalties. In this reserved area you will find all the information on insurance coverage and penalties in the event of holiday cancellation.

  • How long do I have to use the voucher? Once you receive the complimentary voucher from our JIFU Member Services, you have up to two years to register it.
  • How many people can I bring with me? You can do holiday totally 4 people, in residence resorts, up to six persons (depending on the resort), with extra pay each person more than four € 65,00 and € 20,00 insurance all risk. For cruises, till 3 persons (with 30%discount for the first two person, and special price for the third).

  • Do children and infants count towards the occupancy within the room? Yes, Occupancy includes children and infants within the traveling party babies 0-1 years old are free for residence resorts. It is crucial that you do not exceed the maximum occupancy and failure to do so could result in refusal to check you in.

  • Can I add more people to those specified on my reservation? Yes, as long as you don’t exceed maximum occupancy level for your accommodation. If your total number in your party exceeds the allowable size, please contact Jifu Vacation Voucher customer service representative to see if a larger or second unit is available to accommodate you, or you can pay to add additional rooms.

  • Can I pay the deposit and fees in any currency? ONLY CREDIT CARD
  • Can I pay the deposit and fees with JIFU tokens or Crypto currency? No. As of now, all deposits, fees, add-ons, and upgrades can only be paid by Visa or Mastercard credit card and all will be transacted in $US dollars regardless of the country you visit or reside.
  • Will Jifu sell or use my personal information, including my email, to any other party or entity including its own use to spam me in the future? NO
  • Can I redeem more than one gifted voucher I’ve received in a 12-month calendar year? YES
  • Can I sell or give my voucher to someone else? You may NOT sell the voucher to anyone at any time. Our complimentary vouchers are not for sale in any way. These vouchers are a promotional gift from us to you for being a JIFU member. Reselling or bartering the voucher for services will violate Jifu’s terms, conditions, and agreement you accepted before using the voucher. Selling, bartering, or misusing the voucher will cause us to void the voucher code and it could jeopardize our ability to continue the voucher reward program. The agreements Jifu maintains with the hotels and resorts prevent anyone from competing against or jeopardizing their published rack rate. z. Is this complementary vacation voucher truly “free”? What’s the catch? We do NOT use the word “Free” when promoting or describing our vacation voucher incentives. Instead, we promote and encourage you, our Affiliates, to use words like “Complimentary Vacation Voucher.” For example, one proper word track could be something like, “Another amazing value for joining JIFU is that you will get a 7-night complimentary resort stay each year. You will be responsible for personal expenses such as resort taxes and fees if any, food, beverages, and transportation.”

  • Can I give my vacation voucher to a prospect that I am introducing to JIFU? It is a great idea for you to use your voucher as incentives in your recruiting activities, but keep in mind that they are NOT meant for sale, bartering, bribing, or group travel in any form. Our voucher is a reward to you for working hard and is to be used for promotional or a reward only purposes and are not designed for group travel. You will not be able to put together a group vacation package using our vouchers for your downline or prospects. But yes, you can transfer/give your voucher to a prospect as long as that person is 21 years or older and that person has a Visa or Mastercard in their name.

  • Are there some “All Inclusive” properties among the inventory list and does this voucher cover everything? Yes, there are some “all inclusive properties” (few), and the voucher cover only residence.

  • Are there any other expenses I might get charged during the booking process or at the resort? Some resorts will charge their own additional local fees or “resort fees”. Many resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean have mandatory fees payable at the resort. JIFU Vacation Voucher travel consultants will be able to advise you about this information prior to booking if. Any local resort taxes & fees and/or mandatory COSTS OR all-inclusive fees are not covered by the voucher.
  • Can I work together with my downline and book several rooms at the same location during the same week? Self-organized/hosted group travel is not permitted as stated in the terms and conditions. However, there is nothing stopping you and your JIFU downline friends who have a voucher from independently booking rooms at the same location for the same week. It’s all based on availability when making the independent reservations.

  • Can I defer receiving my complimentary voucher and be given the value in money instead? No.

  • How much and where do I pay the All-Inclusive fees? Directly at resort check-in

  • Are flights, rental cars, or any other transportation covered by the voucher? No. The voucher only covers the accommodation costs for 7 nights.

  • Can I combine two of my vouchers to help cover any upgrades for one booking for one week? No. You can only redeem one Jifu voucher per year and therefore it’s not an option to use two or more vouchers together. In the case that you have or are entitled to more than one voucher per year, it is a wonderful and purposely positioned value-add tool to use in your efforts to build your business, giving the extra vouchers away. ii. Can I give this voucher to my child who is 25 years old who would then take a friend? Yes, as long the voucher has not been registered. Also, the child must be at least 21 years old and has a Visa or Mastercard in his/her name. jj. Can I use this voucher with another coupon I have for the same location? No. Our complimentary voucher may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or coupon from us or any other party. Other restrictions may also apply, and our voucher is void where prohibited by law. Booking Requests Will Only Be Accepted After Completing The “How To Book” Form.
