WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE IS IT?
The Policy presents a series of guarantees aimed at protecting those who travel, developed to offer protection against harmful events and unforeseen events that occur more frequently before and during trips such as expenses for the payment of penalties in the event of cancellation of the travel, theft and loss of baggage, home assistance, vehicle assistance, trip re-routing, trip interruption following quarantine, flight delay or loss in connection with medical treatment expenses and expenses for medical return/transport and accidents. All completed by personal assistance services, civil liability guarantees, legal protection and trip repetition which make the offer even more global. Please note that the coverage actually in operation will be exclusively that resulting from the Policy Sheet signed by the Contractor and contained in the Insurance Conditions.

The main guarantees that may be in operation are summarized below. Please remember that the guarantees actually in effect are exclusively those reported in the policy sheet signed by the Contractor and present in the Insurance Conditions which are part of the Information Set.
TRIP CANCELLATION ALL RISK
The cancellation formula of the TIME TOURS ALL RISK policy allows you to confirm the services of your trip, for a value of up to €6,500 per person, with all the necessary peace of mind, knowing that you can cancel them while protecting the penalties until the day of departure, for documented reasons, including Covid-19.
HEALTH PROTECTIONS
The health protections included are among the best on the market in terms of content:

ADDITIONAL COVID-19 PROTECTIONS
• hospitalization allowance following covid-19 infection €100.00 per day for max 10 days

LUGGAGE
For loss or theft of your baggage, reimbursement up to:
• up to €1,000.00 WORLDWIDE

• up to €300.00 ITALY
Up to €300.00 reimbursement for essential expenses incurred in the event of delayed delivery of baggage by the Carrier.
Maximum limit, deductible and excess The insurance is provided up to the total cost of the trip within the maximum limit per Insured indicated in the policy sheet and with a limit of €50,000 per event (i.e. an event affecting one or more people objectively connected to the purchase of the same trip booked by the Contractor. Provided that they have been included in the overall cost of the insured trip, the costs of practical management, fuel adjustments already foreseen at the date of issue of the policy (provided they are shown in the booking statement) and the cost of visas are always excluded
airport taxes if they are refundable. The compensation will be made after deduction of the following overdraft: – 20% to be calculated on the penalty applied with a minimum of €50.00 in cases where the penalty is equal to or greater than 90%; – 15% to be calculated on the penalty applied with a minimum of €50.00 for all other cases, with the exception of causes linked to Covid 19 infection; – 30% to be calculated on the penalty applied with a minimum of €50.00 for all Covid 19 disinfection cases. The overdraft will not be applied in cases of death or hospitalisation.
